As long as fossil fuel is the main source of energy -- things like this will be very difficult to curb. Not only the polution by oil, but the release of CO2 during oil exploration. Clean nuclear energy that is safe should be used for all mankind; of course with open transparancy withour devilish intention -- but how? that's the challenge.
