RISK MANAGEMENT
Novel Connect’s Emergency Preparedness Process (EPP) is owned by the Human Resources Department. ? Cross-functional Risk Assessment Team (RAT) is responsible for conducting a formal risk assessment of all physical operations and daily process activities. ? Results of the assessment are summarized on a risk management matrix, and contingent actions are defined for all yellow (medium-level) and red (high-level) risk items. ? Use of job safety analyses, monthly safety training, and annual fire and emergency/evacuation drills are carried to complement RAT.
