Q1. Did you have a panel to interview you?

Ans: Yes I had a panel of three members. Two were from HR and one was from sales.

Q2. What were the questions asked to you in all the rounds?

Ans: Before the final interview there was a written test, after that an extempore and then the GD in which the topic was “Social media can shake the world.” In the final round I had questions about, What are my interest and hobbies? When I answered travelling they cross questioned to me different places and cultures that I had studied.

Q3. Which was the most difficult question to answer?

Ans:The questions that were difficult to me answer were:

1. Tell me why we should select you rather than your classmates - who have more academics and extra curricular

2. What is your differentiating factor

3. This question was asked under domain questions - what is the difference between Direct Marketing and Direct Sales.

Q4. Was the interview stressful?

Ans: No the interview was not stressful for me

Q5. Where are you going to get placed?

Ans: Not yet declared to me.

Q6. How was the experience?

Ans:It was easy interview as my profile was of management trainee they were trying to see whether I am flexible or not according to their requirements. It was a wonderful experience.



Q7. Would you like to give some tips to students who would go into your profile?

Ans: My advice for all management trainee would be:

  • You should be flexible enough for new knowledge
  • You should not argue in interview (listen to the panel carefully and then say )
  • Basics of the domain should be clear
