The Sensex closed at 17,490 up 108 point after trading in the range of 17,576-17,389. Nifty shut at 5,231 up 34 point after trading in the range of 5,260- 5,177. The Small cap and Mid-cap indices also ended on a flat note. The breadth of the market has turned marginally weak in the end and the turnover was recorded at Rs 1,17,701 Cr. The Nifty March Future ended with 12 points premium.
