The Sensex closed at 15,790 down 434 points or 2.68% after making a low of 15,725. The Nifty fell 2.61% or 127 points to settle at 4,718. Huge selling was seen in reality, metals, banking and oil & gas stocks. The breadth was very negative and the markets reported traded turnover of Rs 1,08,936 cr. For the week Nifty ended down 3.4%.
