Asian stocks fell, dragging the MSCI Asia Pacific Index to its biggest monthly decline since October 2008, after Spain had its credit rating reduced and a U.S. business barometer declined. The MSCI Asia Pacific Index dipped 0.5 percent to 112.93 at 9:40 a.m. in Tokyo, taking its slump this month to 10 percent, the most since October 2008.
