Need Information on institutes for PHP courses

I have a friend who is moving to Mumbai for a career in IT. He wants to learn Java and PHP. Which institutes are best in Mumbai for these 2 courses? I told him that Aptech and NIIT are good but not sure whether they teach PHP. Please guide me.

As far as i know, NIIT does not provide training for PHP courses. For PHP courses following institutes are recommended...
