NEED HELP : Project on Corporate Action - Drawing/lottery (debt)

Hi Friends,

I need help with a project on Drawings/Lottery. This is usually seen in Bonds and other debt instruments. Any information on it would be useful.. I only know that it is a redemption that happens before the maturity of a bond and the bonds to be redeemed are selected on lottery basis.
