(2) Sales Organization Structure.
(3) Nature of Selling
(4) Process of Selling (Prospecting-Pre-appraoch- Approach- Need assessment- Sales Planning- Sales presentation-AIDA- Meeting objections- Closing the sales)
(5) Selling Techniques (Direct Selling/E-Commerce/Key Account Managemnt--This form is utilized when a specific customer accounts for a very large amount of business.)
(6) Multi-Level Marketing (Display Merchandising,Sales promotion, PR)
(7) Managing Customer Relations(Extend of Customer Service,how do they track Customer Satisfaction levels,why people buy their product/services vis-a-vis other services)
(8) Various Communication Channels adopted by the firm(Customer Care Call Centers,Customer Care Service and support outlets)
(9) Sales Forecasting techniques, Budget Planning, Total Marketing Cost analysis, Total sales value and volume analysis.
(10)and last but not the least....Selection, Recruitment and Training process for the sales team employed by the company.(Personal characteristics required,sales performance,sales quota evaluation,etc... )
