Hello Friends,

I have completed my employee survey form....and kindly request to MP employees to help me to complete my this survey..... Here I have attached the survey form which is word document....if possible please fill and send it back to me on my Id....thanks in advance for your time and consideration.....

Hello Pratik,

The problem is i am using Richter Scale method for this survey and i have used choice options..... So i don't think so it will be ezy for me to put questions in the post... : - (....

I am using gmail and my name in gmail is roxroy.rao so now you know what you have to do is [:D]
