i need help for my MBA final Project
and the topic is "Customer Loyalty - its status and developing strategies in Pakistan Airline Industry"
plzzz if anybody help me plzzz

Oh, I am not sure about Pakistan Airlines.

But singapore airlines used sensory branding to retain customer loyalty.

Also, use the Fish bone principle to graph out the services of pakistan airlines.

You can find the fish bone diagram on MP.

Also, download the airlines project which is available in service sector marketing (ssm) in downloads section.

i have heard this similar topic but done on american airlines....

he included with the branding and marketing aspects

also check philips kotler book for diagram it has got too many related diagrams to explain...

for pakistani airlines check with some govt trade site... might u get over there...
