need help for merchant banking project

hi 'MP'ites,
i am an engineering graduate & pursuing PGDBA from welingkar's. this is the last sem & i have to do a project on 'merchant banking in india'.

i need help on the approach that needs to be taken for developing a management project, the aspects of Merchant banking that i should cover, the references that i should use, etc...

it would be really nice if anyone can share a merchant banking project with me for reference...

Very nice vikram! I think a merchant bank is the bank which gives funds to organizations in the form of share ownership rather than loans. Well, in order to understand the merchant banking in more details, you should check my presentation.
