The nationalization of commercial financial institutions was performed with high goals, in many feelings it unsuccessful in getting them. In fact it transformed many of the loan companies in the loss making people. The factors were apparent tired working, deficiency of responsibility, deficiency of revenue reason, governmental disturbance, etc. Under this back drop it is necessary to have a crucial look to the whole procedure of nationalization in the interval after financial institution nationalization.
