yes ofcourse but its being misused or the politicians are corrupting. if its implemented in the right it will work

I am not aware of that current interest rate, but have an idea that it is too high. Here the question is that if microfinace main moto is to eradicate poverty and women empowerment, then why the interst rates are too high?
