The measurement system would require studying the prescription profile of the doctors who are being exposed to the CRM programme vis a vis a control sample who are met by the field force but not exposed to CRM activities.
The prescription given by the doctors can be studied over a particular time frame and the amount of prescriptions before exposure to the programme can be measured.
The idea is to check if the prescription levels have increased after the doctor has been made the member of the loyalty programme. This method would at best provide a qualitative idea but would nevertheless give an idea of the success or failure of the programme.
