Pot Noodle, a popular brand of instant noodles and McDonald's are Britain's two ‘most-hated’ brands, according to a survey released on Tuesday, while Internet search giant Google and mobile phone manufacturer Nokia top the ‘best-loved’ list.
Following Unilever-owned Pot Noodle and the American fast-food conglomerate on the ‘most-hated’ list were Internet service provider AOL and Sunny Delight, a Procter and Gamble-owned drink brand.
Britain's daily newspaper The Sun and powerhouse football club Manchester United ranked sixth and seventh respectively.

Meanwhile, Google and Nokia were followed on the favourable list by online retailer Amazon, supermarket Tesco and Internet auction website eBay.

British Airways, Coca Cola and Heinz also made it onto the ‘best-loved’ top 10 list.

The poll of 2,412 consumers was carried out online by marketing firm Joshua G2 for Marketing magazine.
