to assess their beha&iours $ith rese"t to that of the e4istin' "u#ture.
(he "u#ture of an or'anisation "onsists of the &a#ues and be#iefs of the
eo#e in an or'anisation. (he or'anisationa# "u#ture usua##y has &a#ues and
be#iefs that suort the or'anisationa# 'oa#s. Or'ani+ationa# "u#ture has an
ima"t on em#oyee,s satisfa"tion.
(he ana#ysis $as done throu'h sim#e er"enta'e ana#ysis and
$ei'hted a&era'e method. 6rom the ana#ysis it $as found that the em#oyees
of ./-0 $ere mu"h satisfied $ith their interersona# re#ationshis, "o5ordination
and inte'ration bet$een &arious deartments of the or'ani+ation, and a#so the
re$ards 7 in"enti&es 'i&en by their mana'ement. But the mana'ement has to
ro&ide more ra"ti"a# sessions in trainin' ro'rammes to imro&e their
erforman"e in their rese"ti&e fie#ds. Su"h trainin' ro'rammes $i## he# them
