the average pay package at FMS Baroda is 3.6lacs p.a. n thats wat they r offering me too.........

3.6 L pa ? Thats it ? Is it IN HAND or Cost to company ( CTC ).

If thats the average, i'm worried about the person who was offered the lowest package

I think it'd double in a year or so ?

its the CTC........ well our average has come up by 1 to 1.3 lacs than last year...........
well lets see hw much it comes to next year...........
