I don't know much about how the business schools are doing. However, whether the colleges teach us ethics or not, it is our own responsibility to consider ethics in whatever we do.
When we feel like going unethical in our activities then we should imagine others doing the same to us when they provide goods and services. Will that be acceptable to us? If not then we should consider that our actions will also not be acceptable to others and thus avoid it.
The ethics or moral education is something that people should consider themselves rather than seeking the same from the educational institutions.
