TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE FOLLOWING:
1) HOW MUCH DOES IT MATTER YOU?
If you have those kind of greens ( Rs. 15-20 lakh) then go for it. the more money you spend, the experience will be great.
Have 5-10lakhs..still don't worry. There are range of universities in US which offers courses for this range.
One can always manage for a bank loan irrespective of the cash in hand.
Still its always advisable to pursue MBA from your country, the only difference is the recovery time for the amount that goes in for pursuing an career in MBA will be little longer vis-a-vis a degree in abroad.
2) WHAT ARE YOUR ASPIRATIONS ?
Depends from individual to individual, what are their motives behind pursuing MBA career. If you are planning to settle abroad, then a degree from there is recommended. Wish to simultaneously work there and get a work permit, cause thats an importance aspect again. In that case working and opting for an MBA programme would be wise step.
Also you want to pursue MBA in abraod cause you want to return to India and make a jumpstart and aim for big leap then please hold on... then you need to ponder over a fact that how much is an International degree valuable in India? If you have completed from a reputed Institute of foreign, say for example Harvard than it will command good respect in Indian industry.
While if you were able to pursue it from any Tier-II institute of abroad then its equivalent to the middle-rung Institutes in India.
There are various factors to be considered, the final word can come only from the thorough evaluation of your aspirations and your life potentials
