MBA before Job experience or After?????

Friends here is the open discussion among all management paradise members about a common question which every graduate keep in his mind after completing his degree.So I welcome ur suggestions and feedbacks about this to clarify or resolve this problem or confusion.

I prefer one should have atleast 2 years work experience to fully assimilate all principles of mgmt taught in a regular MBA. A fresher takes an MBA more theoretically while someone with experience wud be able to relate the theory with his professional experience.

yaaa.... dats da point.... u need 2 have a practical experience first.

MBA after work-ex make more sense than widout work-ex. Still if the person is very talented and have extraordinary skillset then he/she can go ahead even widoutt work-ex.
