Master of business administration (18 months) program has been specially designed for enhancing the managerial and leadership skills of those business graduates who have already completed their 4 year BBA / BS (BA) program from an accredited university. Thus, the program focuses on practical decision making and policy formulation for establishing and managing the modern day businesses. The CIIT business graduates will perform a leading transformation role through their sate-role-art entrepreneurial and managerial skills. The program comprises of courses that inculcate critical thinking and practice based understanding of managerial processes.
To meet the increasing demand for advanced business education form qualified applicants, CIIT initiated its “fast track” program in 2007. The program differs from our conventional MBA program in that, it is of one and half year duration and open exclusively to students in possession of a 4 year bachelor degree in business administration. Content-wise, the curriculum includes material more advanced that which students were acquainted with their undergraduate programs and extensive use is made of the case method of teaching. Our program will successfully prepare graduates for meeting the diverse professional challenges in all organizations where the applications of business skill are required. The students may choose any one of the market orientated specialization fields from the eight major areas: Marketing, finance, human resource management, international business, information technology, operations managements, banking, and hospitality and tourism management.
