Hye,
I need to do market research on copper capillary tube (tube from 1mm to 6mm) in the market. Due to its small size the application is mainly concentrated in refrigerator as expansion valve. I need to estimate the market demand of this in europe.

The manufacturer of such capillary tubes are onlyabout 3 major player in Europe. Based on the interview with the manufacturer, they expect a demand of 2000 tonnes.
Tried to send survey to "potential customers" i.e refrigerator manufacturer, but only 10% responserate. How do I go about this?
