BJP white wash at Delhi Assembly election was indicate the dedication and complete homework by AAP party and Mr. Kejariwal. This election thought many management lesson to everyone. This is clearly indicated that efficiency of AAP in Delhi is better than any party is proved second times.

1) Requirement Productive team
Arvind Kejariwal already identified his core team with intelligent team. He knew about each member of party and so delicate responsibility as their role. He is master of planning and action too. So, he has very much productive team to deliver goals.

They all join to BJP and BJP faced downfall with huge humiliation from AAP. Kiran Bed I seem big icon but not a good leader. She is lacking in leadership. She failed to use her experience and being popet of Mr. Shah.
After downfall of AAP many members quit and those who remained are true leader and worshiper to AAP.

Arvind Kejariwal knew his efficiency and proficiency. He knew Delhi very well and just because of this he kept Look Sabha election in an option to launch AAAP only. Arvind Kejariwal very well knows what Delhi people need, their requirement, and their fulfillment. AAP does not had big really compare to BJP, but had many small break really with masses. People from all community and all races.

So, if he failed to Look Sabha election he has fair chance to do well with Delhi election. This called proper strategy with plan B.
His path was very clear and transparent. His steps are revolutionary and he is true management guru too.

Till the date no one knew who is key behind AAP online presence and structure of AAP is very secret and confidential. No one know how donation comes, how people convey to donation AAP and who handle tweet deck, Facebook, local circle....who design images and website. All are secret.
In other hand after winning Look Sabha election Modi said Amit was real strategy maker, but failed immediately in Delhi election. So Modi lost his candidate too.
It is said that never reveal who is behind your success other you will be loser soon..
8) Launching Dates
AAP marketing executive is very clever as he knew right timing to publish marketing stuff. Before Delhi election AAP Facebook page was blunt and normal updates are showing. But all activity are gear up again before Delhi election.
