Making the situation better



It is unwritten truth that after each upsurge comes a fall. The important thing is to educate ourselves to acceptance in order to be always or at least most of the cases in calm state and not to waste too much of our nerves. To gain this skill takes time. The process is slow, but efficient. How can we handle with the though moments?

Whatever is going on, despite the fact how bad you feel, how painful is your state do not feel sorry for yourself. Each time when you catch yourself to complain, stop talking and get a break for a few minutes. Inhale and exhale deeply a couple of times. Then ask yourself if your situation would be better if you proceed to complain. The answer would be “no”. Why are you doing it then? Because of the ego every one of us has. Send it regards and leave it behind. Be aware with the fact that you actually exist only at the present moment. If you had only this moment, if you were dying for example, would you really prefer to spend it in misery? Again no. Then smile even if it's not sincerely and move forward!

Never ever permit yourself to think that you have handle with what is going on only by yourself! This is a very basic rule. If you let the help in your life, you would be helped, the things would be easier. If you don't, prepare to meet your old friend-the despair- very often. You are a so-called social creature so it's in your nature to communicate more, to exchange resources and services with the other people. It's just the way it is. End of story.
