Ok people, I soooooooo shouldn't be doing this but I can't help it. PLEASE do not read if you don't want to know THREE major plot twists. How do I know these things? My cousin (who wants to be a director) is now an assistant editor and is currently working on Dhoom 2, which right now is about 95% complete and slated for a start-of-November release (the promo is out but theres still some portions of Hrithik and Aish to be shot and a few re-shoots on a few scenes).
Here goes:
1) John Abraham IS in Dhoom 2 but appears only in (newly shot) flashbacks
2) Aishwarya Rai is an undercover cop working for Abhishek but does end up falling for Hrithik.
3) Hrithik Roshan IS John Abraham/Kabir!!!!!!!!!!!!
At the end of the first you see John jump off a cliff but he doesn't die. In Dhoom 2 you will find out that he survives and goes to Dubai. There he pulls off some robberies and becomes an even better looter than before and is quite content until he learns that after doing away with his motorcycle gang Abhishek has gotten a promotion and now heads Mumbai's Crime Branch division with Uday and Bipasha as his deputies. Desperate for some revenge but knowing full well that he would be recognised easily if he was to set foot in Mumbai Kabir heads to the US for some plastic surgery and VIOLLA! John Abraham a.k.a Kabir becomes Hrithik Roshan a.k.a Aryan. The film starts with a pre-credit sequence of Hrithik stealing diamonds from a moving train (according to my cousin this sequence is one of the best action scenes to have come out of India) and the back story of Kabir (above) is told in a flashback. There you are. Now you know. I hope I haven't spoiled the movie for you and I probably haven't coz believe me people, according to my cousin this is just the tip of the iceberg. The movie has a lot more to offer. I can't wait to see it!!
