Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Vadodara announced admission for Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Engineering, Sciences and Humanities and Social Sciences programs for the session 2016.
Eligibility Criteria for IIIT, Vadodara:
For M.Tech Program: Candidtaes should have BTech/ BE in CS, IT, EC and related areas or MSc in CS/IT/ STAT/ MATH. The aggregate marks in the qualifying degree should not be less than 60% or equivalent.
For Ph.D in Engineering Programs: Candidates should have:
M.Tech./ME in CS/IT/ECE or related areas Or
M.Sc. Applied Mathematics/Computer Science and related areas, Exceptional candidates with B.E/B.Tech. in relevant areas can also be considered.
For Ph.D in Science Programs: Candidates should have:
M.Tech. Material Science/ Nano-Technology/ Applied Optics/ Engineering Physics/ Scientific Computing, M.Sc. in Mathematics/ Physics/ Statistics/ Electronics/ Computer Science and related areas. Or
Exceptional candidates with B.E/B.Tech. in relevant areas can also be considered.
For Ph.D in Humanities and Social Sciences Program: Candidates should have MA/M.Phil in Linguistics/ English and related areas.

Date of written and/or interviews: Monday, June 20 and Tuesday, June 21, 2016.
Announcement of Results: Friday, June 24, 2016.
For Ph.D Program:
Announcement of short listed candidates: Monday, June 06, 2016.
Date of written and/or interviews: Monday, June 27 to Wednesday, June 29, 2016.
