Percentage of female students is double the national average When Susan Miltenberger (pictured) began taking executive MBA classes, she knew the reputation of such programs to be filled with mid-career male businessmen. While women make up less than 20 percent of such classes nationwide, at Loyola College they account for 42 percent of the current first-year class.
