last assignment:softskills training_need help

Dear all,

warm greetings,

I am an mba studnt, finishing my summer proj in 3 days...my last assinmnt in the company is to get ROI for the soft skill training prog which will be held next week, prog will be in three slabs viz,
1)communication skills
2)interpersonel skills
3)team building.......
i am supposed to get parameters for these individual training,set objectives of training ,and assement for them......

i have problem working out assement for them,

TIME FRAME FOR ASSEMENT: 6 MONTHS

{FOR EXAMPLE: COMMIUNICATION SKILLS
OUTCOMES: 1)WRTTEN (PAPER TEST FOR TESTING THS)
2)LISTENING( AUDIO TEST )
3)SPOKEN (INTERVIEW)
4) CRAFTING A SPEECH...............ETC}

PLZ give me inputs so i can prepare entire design till the ROI stage( along with a working calculator to calculate ROI)

i am so much aware tht ths is an HERCULEAN task:SugarwareZ-087:.............so HELP me complete ths task.
