Karnataka: Doctors divided over administering Remdesivir to all patients in hospitals

“Remdesivir has an effect in reducing viral load. I firmly believe it should be given to all hospitalised patients in Karnataka too. The US FDA has taken a good decision,” said Dr CN Manjunath, who heads the Covid expert committee formed by the government. “If it’s a life saver, why not for all,” he asked.
