Speaker Bio:

Mr. Jatin Desai is a seasoned business executive, strategic advisor, and a coach for senior leadership teams. He has extensive field experience in the areas of strategy alignment, corporate innovation, talent management, global competency development, culture transformation, and information technology.
Jatin’s business practice areas offer solutions for Strategy, Innovation, and Talent Management.
His firm, The DeSai Group provides Innovation Execution and Management services to Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies since it was founded in 1983. His clients include The Hartford Insurance, Aetna, Bristol-Myers, Cigna, Merck, Wal-Mart, Ketchum, BIC, Infosys, Prudential, ESPN, Duracell, UTC, MassMutual, and many more.
Jatin has written papers, lectures at colleges and universities, and regularly delivers educational workshops on Strategic Alignment for Executive Teams, Future Trends, Enterprise Innovation, Enterprise Learning, Organizational Effectiveness, Values and Leadership, Living with Human Values, and Spirituality in the Workplace.
Jatin was born and raised in Gujarat, India and immigrated to United States. Jatin holds B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of Connecticut(USA). He currently lives with his family near Hartford, Connecticut, USA.

Organizations committed to innovation needs to create an innovative climate that focuses on what customers want for sustainable growth.
