I am planning to apply to both ISB ,IIMA ..which is better...Any pointers

Non IT ,Sales ,B Tech MBA -with 8 Years exp

Well in my Point of view, both IIMA and ISB shares same Prestige in Corporate world......

The packages which the students gt frm these Institutes are mostly same

Its just a matter of Duration, IIM offers 2yrs MBA programme, whereas ISB offers 1 yr
 
If you have a good ol'8 years corporate experience, then opt for ISB.

You'll meet like minded people with corporate exposure.
