Sleeping on the job ? GOOD!

The 45 year old wealth adviser in New York describes Herself As Practitioner of power nap .
After waking up at about 5 am and sending her kids off to school and putting in morning meeting with clients . Rogoszinski needs to crash , she says that by noon my brain starts to cry. SO she heads to one of her hide hut -her car for example - to recharge, as she says I am not quite sure how i will handle the day without that timeout.

so what do you suggest? IN country like india where we slog our ASSES and work hard and no time to sleep or rest .
Take the example Google they have the habit to give their employees a small break where employees can have a short power nap from which the employees can concentrate on their work and companies productivity will also increase .

should we also adapt the western culture where we can allow small nap in our country ................

will eager to hear your views on it

It is unethical to sleep at work. We are prone to errors and ineffective productivity due to restlessness and sleep. This accumulates work and causes fatigue and mental stress. It is also unethical you have individuals around you who would disrespect you for your behavior and this can impact your appraisal pay check!!! :-)

no is totaly unethical, an employers are provides a consideration to us for perform our task.so, it;s our moral duty to perform it properly and be a responsible employee

It is unethical during the work but if your target is accomplished properly then there is no problem for taking some rest. For example we can find many employees sleeping or resting for sometime after completing their given work on the night shifts.
