Is punishing Amarinder singh justifiable?

Last week,Punjab CM Amarinder Singh was expelled from the Punjab assembly.He was expelled due to his irregularity in a land deal case in Punjab.This is not a way to make him exit the office.There are MLAs and MPs where they are found to be guilty and cases are pending against them in Courts but they are holding the office.If they are then why not Amarinder Singh?I'm not arguing that he is not guilty bt my argument is tht the way of expulsion is not proper.Case must be registered against him and if proved guilty,he must be removed from the office.So the matter must be dealt judiciously but not this way.What do you say?

I agree with you Deepak, Captain Singh has been unseated just because of the political differences between him and current party. As because during his ruling, Capt. Singh was filing cases against Akalis and now they are just taking revenge on him...
