How many of u guys at MP think tht Politics is a Dirty Game?

Is this idiom true? put percentage n comments. then how do u clean the mess? coz we r the ultimate beneficiaries as well as victims of the dirty state of affairs.

I dont know if it can be called a game. In that sense of the word, life is a game.

Is politics dirty, Absolutely !!

People who fight for a cause join politics, the cause disappears, the need for money persists and the messiahs turn into money devouring devils who know no humanity.

Will this change?

Maybe when the current youth overtake the so called senior politicians.

but how many of the "current youth" even want to battle it out in the murky lanes of politics .. we all rather go to an iim and land up a cushy consulting job.

look at dr. manmohan singh ... he is one of the most admired politicians, considered to be the most honest.. and look at what happened in the parliament
even if you dismiss it as conspiracy by bjp , there is no denying the fact that he handed over an imp position to shibhu soren .. the same person he had refused in his cabinet earlier bec of his criminal record !

so, no one is clean... everyone has to compromise esp in case of a coalition govt. ... in the PMs case it was either collude with the not-so-clean or hand over the govt to bjp and their hindutva extremism agenda ... he chose the lesser of the two evil

that is thinking of different person, this game is being dirty due to our lack. very few youth
are interested to join politics, there is lack of honesty, believe.so the person are thinking as dirty .

no, politics is not a dirty game, its a fair game play by dirty people. Politics is a science and vast subject to understand the person, place and the environment.
you remember the chankaya he was the founder of the politics.

Politics is seen as an association with Power and with power comes responsibilities.
Politics by definition is surely not a dirty game. It all depends on the people who participate in it.

Politics like every business, is a dirty game.

When we do marketing & sales, we decieve people by projecting the pros and hiding the cons of the products. Isn't it dirty?

Politics is business and business is dirty.

The politicians we have are the best marketing managers you will ever see anywhere. Howcome? Well, its because it is these politicians who have guts to stand in front of a crowd of thousands and still lie on their faces so comfortably, as if they are singing in their toilets.

They have answer of every accusation made upon them. I don't believe everybody can do that. I think politics is the most difficult business of all. Thats why we have only two major national parties and thats not only in our case, but also in UK and USA.

Honestly, can anybody tell me where they have seen young politicians of age around 25+ till 32 in any country leading it? I think.......none!!!

To be a politician one has to be a very stable thinker, which I'm afraid is only gained by ageing. So, I say that wait till you get bald and then u can have an entry-level position in the world of politics.

No hard feelings for anyone :)

ya... politics is a dirty game!!
wen you look at the big picture.. its indeed a dirty place.... but how long are we just going to discuss or debate.... its no worth....

little things make difference.... so if each one us actually start looking at mere simple things in our area/locality n bring some change..... it will make a big difference to the society as a whole.... M sure many of us even do not have good idea of the local civic bodies in our area.... if as a an individual or a small group we look at these things, you actually turn up being a responsible citizen...

e.g for the next elections find out whose the best candidate in your locality and vote for him/her. I had read dis article a few days back wer in, some members from a society had come together as a whole body in their locality... and claimed that dey wud vote collectively only to one party dat dey think can make a difference and will bring change....

the resultant.... the parties were dying to get their support... now dis a power of working in groups!!
