Guys...

Just wondering...

Is getting a minimum 2 yr. work experince better before doing masters or directly pop into Masters after Bachelors..???

yes i think getting w.e before masters is very effective in knowing the knitty gritties of professional life which raises the chances of getting the placement and also the candidates with w.e are preferred over candidates without w.e..........

This is true that practical is very important but without theory it is of no use. Same way Masters is kind of high level degree where you get good theoretical knowledge which one can applied in the practical life when he start job. I don't say studies should be stopped but it should be continued as per the requirement or present scenario.

Absolutely not...

It all depends on your expected target level....

Seeking experience before master's is traditional approach..

It is totally depend on the person because sm student dnt wnt to cm back to study after getting a good job with good salary sooooooooo its better do masters bt fr those who r really focus in life they cn get experience n then cm back to study

Yes. It would be good to require a 2 year experience to get an actual feel of how you put your knowledge into good use then refine it with a master's degree.

actually i think after leaving studies and earning a lot money one loses interest in studies. so its better to study first and then go for job as for a long time in your life you have to earn. so complete studies first and then go for job.

I think it is good if we have some experience before doing the MBA. But is it good to have experience of any field or only managerial role experience is advantageous? Because if i am from mechanical engineering and have 2 years experience. Now i want to do MBA then does it give benefit in my MBA?
