My busy sched won't allow me to do the usual face to face counseling. So online counseling is very convenient for me. We sometimes do it through instant messaging, but if I have something serious to consult my therapist we do video chat. And just same as face to face, my therapist would listen to what I have to say, ask me how I feel and ask me some questions, and offer some suggestions which I badly needed most of the time. I often feel relieved after our conversation.
