Is constructive criticism good criticism?

Sometimes a person is not the best judge of one’s own self. He is unable to look all that which is bad or wrong in him. Thus, since he is unable to assess his wrongs, he is never able to correct them.

Yes is good in many ways. People should take it like a learning lesson. WE should not get it personally if someone instantly does not like your work or service. Instead we should do more actions in the correct way to improve the work or service quality. If you often believe you're correct but don't get reviews from other people, how do you figure out without a doubt that what you're doing is of high quality?
