Is co-education more advantageous than single-sex education?

Hello ppl!
I'm here to share my personal experience of being a student of single-sex education school.

Like i studied in single-sex education school till my 12th grade. I always feel like I should study in co-education school because now I'm unable to move freely with my friends and even feel scared of giving presentation in class.

What do you think about it?

Yes, co-ed is better than Single gendered schools and colleges. Students studying in co-ed schools develop confidence and also get good exposure to social interactions.
