IT seems like there is no specific thing that MBA can help one outside business......when one says YES without any specification it means these are just talks nothing else

In my opinion, most of the subjects after the +2 level are very specific to our career. So, obviously not getting a degree would only mean not having education on a specific field.
However, the skills learnt during these times such as the communication skills, some technical skills like skills at computer while doing projects and presentations, etc will be the common for most of the subjects. And probably this distinguishes the educated from the uneducated ones.
Therefore, it's not much a matter of surprise, if MBA isn't useful outside of the business. However, arguing other way we can say that everything in our life is some kind of business.
For example, you love someone to get love from him/her in return. (Smells like trade to me!!)
