Absconding from an organisation is a situation when an employee leaves an organisation without the knowledge of anybody......

In such a situation the work of organisation suffers alot ......... so is it ethical to leave the organisation in such a way.........

Absconding is not at all ethical as it crates bad impression in front of company and also it spoils the name of person through whose reference the person is entered in the company..
