Visit a friendly neighbourhood broker and get the details of last 10-15 IPO's and how they fared.

ALso how market sentiments and situation affectes IPO's. Recently some Companies had to increase the deadline of their offers as there wasent enough response due to the market crash.

budy, but i guess that noe the time has come where we need to tap the other end of the IPO's....as in not from Consumer's end but form Company's end....that there is a lot of thinking when a company goes for an IPO.....hence you need to find out that and not the basic stuffs......

why some companies select the time period well before launching an IPO.......and why actually companies prefer IPO's when Debt is a cheaper form of capital as compared to IPO's ........also think of Consumer Dynamics......etc...
