Once Again!! Mumbai based MTHR Global brings you an exclusive overnight meet featuring a very interesting Theme bringing HR ppl together. With a daily dose of news about layoffs, bankruptcies, bailouts, and cutbacks large and small—from salary freezes to no performance pays to even advertisements talking about it— it’s no wonder morale is in free fall with the economy. You and your employees might be suffering from a form of dispiritedness called slowdown fatigue, which also distracts us from taking proactive measures for the future.
HR professionals need to not only take positive steps to help workforces cope, but also get ready for the upswing of the economy. Rather than be reactive to the positive changes that lay ahead of us (with already some positive signs in some Industries), let’s hear what the CEO and other Leaders advise the HR Professional to spend their time thinking and planning for constructive Action.
