to start with the new concepts u start with Production Concept, Systems Approach.

it is good that being in production department u r interested in management concepts, few of the concepts which will helpful to you are Just in Time, Quality Circles, Kaizen, and Total Quality Management......

we already havi it on MP, But since u r in production dept., u must already have known the concepts, here in interests of MP members please relate these technoques with your department, and post......
