They are really nice one but they are techinical questionaire which is mostly conducted in second round of interview by the senior authorities under whom the person would be working. First round of interview is conducted by an HR which is only for 10 - 20 min not more then that. In that min they has to study their communication, appearance, effectiveness & accuracy of his answers to their questions.
MOST ASKED INTERVIEW QUESTIONS in first round by HR are
* Tell me about yourself ?
a) Keep your answer to one or two minutes. Don’t ramble.
b) If you have a profile or personal statement at the top of your CV use this as your starting point.

a) Research the company’s products, size, reputation,Image, goals, problems, management style, skills,
History and philosophy.
b) Be informed and interested. Let the interviewer tell you about the company. Let them define their business
