Internal office politics

Really tough to solve this ...as everyone wants to do better than the other ...they end up doing politics and playing mind games..
well the solution can be: whistle blowing..reporting any kind of politics to the higher authorities..
on the part of the organisations management..they should try and give equal growth opportunities to everyone...and try not to be partial to anyone...

cant realy negate this from hapening in your office. I think it has its own good and ill effects.

good coz it helps promote healthy competition which is necesary to the org while too much of it can demotivate an employee and he may lose morale to continue with the org.

bt internal politics is a normal phenomenon. it's a fact that 80% of the information from the top strategic levels flows to the bottom levels through grapevine

the best thing is to be a dimplomat at times and learn people's motives
 
I don't think so that it's possible to negate completely this feeling of co workers since in today's professional life everyone is ready make u bow in front of others... So politics free environment is not at all possible...........
