- New Delhi, March 02, 2012: Institute of Apparel Management (IAM) one of the premier fashion and design institutes in the country, promoted by Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) and sponsored by Ministry of Textiles unveiled two new innovative professional up gradation programs for the working professionals on ‘Setting up Fashion Business’ and ‘Strategic Fashion & Luxury Retailing’ during a workshop held at the institute campus recently.

- Certificate Program in Setting up Fashion Business :
The short-term certificate program in Fashion Business Management prepares a student to meet the challenges that one4 faces while setting-up a fashion business. It has been especially designed to match the domestic and global trends and standards under strict consultation with senior professionals from Fashion & Retail.
- Certificate Program in Strategic Fashion & Luxury Retailing (SFLR) :
The Certificate Program in Strategic Fashion & Luxury Retailing (SFLR) is an intensive 200 hours classroom based program in Fashion & Luxury retail management which has been especially designed with senior Indian retail professionals’ retailer, retail organizations requirements in mind.
- Program Duration: 6 months
- Eligibility: A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline with minimum 2-4 years of full-time work experience as on date of submitting the application form.
- Selection Criteria: Duration and the quality of work experience with the commitment and passion to work in a retail sector, accomplishments and professional success.
