Am planning to apply to INSEAD next year,apart from a good GMAT score,what else is essential...can anyone help me out

Apart from good GMAT score(650 or above) u need work experience for more than i guess 2 yrs..3 yrs would be perfect and very good acedemic background..plus u have to make very good application ..i mean good SOP and LOR..

hi, could you please provide further details about admission in INSEAD. What if I do not have a very good academic? how can I build a handsome profile?
