hey ppl...............want help in selection of topic for tybms project from hrd...................i have a list of topics....................this link will show the topics....................http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_human_resource_management_topics.........cant understand which to choose......................m interested in motivation as a topic.................anybody with info on motivation(books, sites etc)

Hi there i would recommend you to borrow a book on HRM written by mullins its called people and organisation anyway not sure i used it for my HRM. I hope this will help you its defo worth borrowing or buying it.
