Diphu B. Ed College came into existence in the year 1994 and the college is located in the heart of the town of Diphu in the state of Assam. The institute began its educational journey from the academic year 1994-95 with 120 students. The institute is affiliated to the Assam University located at Silchar and it is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education. The students of the college are encouraged to take part in different co-curricular activities.

Eligibility requirement:
For getting into the Bachelor of Education course offered by the Diphu B. Ed College, candidates must have obtained not less than 45% of marks in their graduation course in any discipline, which is 40% for SC/ST candidates.
